Our team’s roots run deep in the Norman hospitality scene. Social Butterfly Catering was born out of the Sooner Bowling Center, where owner Mandy Haws has spent years perfecting the balance of great food, seamless service, and warm hospitality for groups of all sizes. Today, we bring that same expertise — and the same heart for hosting — to events all over Norman, Moore, South Norman (Blanchard, Noble, Purcell, Newcastle), and the OKC metro.

Event Intake & Planning
From the moment you submit a request, Kaitlin and Heather manage the details. They check availability, confirm staffing needs, and connect with you about menus, budget, and vision.

Menu Development
They collaborate with Chef Zach and Prep Chef Willie to craft seasonal menus, plan quantities, and accommodate dietary needs.

Event Design
Nickson and LaQuinta focus on creative details — linens, color coordination, and table presentation — ensuring the look matches the feel of your event.

Catering & Service
Our banquet team delivers, sets up, and provides attentive service, packing leftovers with care.
05.
Bar Services
If your event includes a bar, Bar Manager Vicki and our fully licensed bartenders prep, pour, and keep service smooth and safe.
06.
Wrap-Up
After guests leave, the team handles a thorough cleanup and debriefs for continuous improvement.
